How to report a copyright concern, and where to send a DMCA notice.

Copyright and DMCA

harumin stores server settings, tracking entries and Discord and osu! ids. It never stores message text, and it never hosts beatmap archives, images, audio or video.

A takedown notice should include

  1. your contact information;
  2. the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
  3. the URL or page the material appears on;
  4. a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized;
  5. a sworn statement that you're the rights holder, or authorized to act for them;
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

A counter-notice should include

  1. your contact information;
  2. the material removed and where it appeared;
  3. a sworn, good-faith statement that it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  4. your consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts, or the operator of harumin and harumin.haruhime.moe's;
  5. your physical or electronic signature.

What we can remove

harumin keeps server settings, tracking entries and ids. Its replies show public osu! data (names, scores, beatmap titles and covers) straight from osu!. A takedown for a beatmap, its audio or its background goes to osu!, where it's hosted.
